Looking for an affiliate manager to work freelance on UK womens fashion brand

I am looking for an affiliate manager to manage a UK womens fashion brand. I was going down the route of buying iDev affiliate software and running an in house program that will approach 500-1000 UK bloggers.

I want someone with extensive experience to manage, recruit and build this program freelance and who can maybe spend 10-15 hours per week on it with the help of me.
