Looking for a lead generation expert, social media platforms - Ongoing work

Hi I have a web design business, I'm an Art Director with good experience now I am going alone and want to get my brand out there.

I have launched a Design Agency business where I am the only guy behind it and a friend of mine who is the Sales guy, closing deals etc.

The benefit of my idea is that your dealing directly with me, a highly qualified Art Director, I've had roles as Head of Design and Art Director for a number of brand's and company's - so the people who work with me don't deal with any middle men you deal directly with me.

I need someone who is a specialist at running advertising or promoting my website to the right people social media platforms - or if you can do all 3, then of course even better but I don't believe in guys who are jacks of all trades, I prefer someone who is a specialist at one task rather then being average in 3-4 different but of course if you can prove it and back it up then all good.

I need someone to approach me and give me your monthly price for managing and creating and running ads for my brand on whatever platform you say -

And then on top of that if your going to say to me, you recommend me to put so much money into the advertising budget to run the ads.

I need someone to approach me with a good professional approach, telling me clearly what your offering me and for what price.

All I want is more leads every month, people contacting me for business requests. Don't care how it is done.

At the moment I have a website which showcases the work and services and a social media page with approx 2800 likes.
