Leads Generator / Door opener

We are a mature startup delivering Ecommerce based solutions using Magento.

We are looking for assistance in finding new prospects for our business.

Essentially someone that can generate leads and open new doors of opportunity.

This project will have 3 stages:
1) Devise a strategy to uncover new leads, current suggestions are:
looking at existing ecommerce sites to evaluate if they need to be improved
create an e-mail shot (list will be provided)
Target startups
1a) brainstorm other possibilities

2) Devise a script for using when contacting business' to see if there is any potential opportunity/project

3) Carry out 1 and 2
