Lead generation / appointment setting

We are a very small facilities services company - just the four of us, including the two owners, who are also on the tools.

Our main client is a large serviced office chain, IWG, who operate brands such as Regus, Spaces and HQ. We are a preferred supplier in Scotland and receive jobs directly from their Facilities Management (FM) team. We also work with smaller serviced office chains such as Clockwise and Blueprint.

We promote ourselves as being flexible spaces partners - because we understand the industry, client expectations, the presentation of such environments, and brand standards.

However, work is a little slow at this time of the year - it always is, budgets follow the calendar year. We need to offer our 'corporate handyman' service to other organisations.

- Stud walls / plastering
- Carpet / floor cleaning
- Painting
- Office / furniture moves
- Handyman

Many businesses our size are deterred by facilities helpdesks, client job management systems, and the lengthy payment terms (often 60 days!) - but we have built this into our business model. We are looking for other corporate partners who might struggle up in Scotland, for example, perhaps they have a chain of stores, but find the corners of Aberdeen or Fife to be difficult to service. We are not looking for exclusive work - indeed, we work alongside much larger contractors such as Wates. But, there are gaps, whether its in services offered, or timeliness. We are there to help fill that gap.

We cover all of mainland Scotland, and our industrial units are in Kirkcaldy in Fife.

Now - as for what I need.... I have two lists... people I really want to talk to (for example, the local Flexspace, StorageVault and WeWork managers) but also another list, which is, for example, the FM manager at the Vision Express chain.

I would like to set up some meetings and show what we can offer.
