Lead Generation/Appointment setting

I am a new start up of 1 person offering qualitative research services to usually Corporate clients. I have some existing contacts which i am working my way through but now need to focus on generating completely new leads too. Whilst my end service to clients is excellent, new business (cold calling and securing meetings) is not. I therefore am looking to work with someone on a long term and on going basis to help. Experience of senior level comms is important as is an understanding of marketing and brands. Ideally, but not essentially based in South East area ( I am in Brighton) as I would like to meet up in person for the initial briefing.
