Lead generation and SEO link building

I'm looking for a freelancer with exceptional written English to:

1) conduct research on Google and find potential leads/customers (websites and email addresses)

2) Email them offering them a free service (I will provide a potential script)

3) Ask them to link to our website as a result of taking advantage of the free service.

Prior to being accepted for the task, you'll be asked to submit 1 trial email. I will provide the dummy email address, so that I can test the quality of your work.

In your bid, please advise:

1) The number of emails you'd be able to send per day (assuming around 30 emails)
2) The number of links you expect to earn (3 links per day)
3) The daily rate you'd charge
