We require marketing specialists for lead generation and conversion ( a person has paid membership fees)

It is a lucrative Fixed amount ($ 77) for 10 conversions +  25 percent commission per conversion based deal for marketing specialist.

The marketing strategy is that to keep the membership fees minimum, so that all can afford and take membership.

So a marketing specialist can atleast convert one paid membership per day and earn a minimum commission of inr 30000 pm.
