What Am I Looking for?

I am looking for a Sales person to join my team on commission basis. You bring in projects or clients and receive 10-20% commission based on the projects budget. I will pay a 10% to 20% commission based on the project budget. For example, I would pay a $1000 commission on a $5000 project to the person that introduces me to the client once the project starts..
