CRITERIA & TARGETS
Small to medium size business, 5 to 50 employees. E.g. shops, warehouses, manufacturing industry and commerce, care homes. Restaurants.
Any business employing 5 people or more must:
A] Appoint a competent person to assist them with health and safety matters
B] Have a written health and safety policy, and conduct risk assessments
C] Give their employees training
D] Conduct and fire risk assessment
E] Comply with a variety of other host of health and safety legislation, including documentation in case of inspections.
