Italian speaking Telemarketeer required

Due to a large Europe wide project, our successful research company requires an expanded team of virtual telemarketers to fulfil a large project we have secured.

Our business is a global B2B market research company that focuses on large multinational companies. We have a set methodology, which produces a high response rate amongst our survey audience. The surveys themselves are sent by post, but we have a component, the validation call, that we require to be carried out on all prospective participants. This validation call is carried out prior to sending the surveys to the participants with a view to:

1. Gaining permission to send the survey.
2. Make sure that we have the right contact details, and the right person to send the survey to.
3. Explain the survey method – as it is quite unique.

The tasks we require are:
Working from a supplied call list, making as many calls as possible over a period of time to ensure that the target provided of survey participants is achieved. You would need to diarise calls and make the necessary calls at the necessary times to get the required particpants.
Record all calls made, schedule call backs where necessary and complete the calls sheets with all of the information required.
On a daily basis, update us with progress to enable surveys to be sent out on a timely basis.

Logisitcs
Working from home on a self-employed basis, the telemarketers are paid an hourly rate based on a completed timesheet. Phone costs are reimbursed on production of an itemised phone bill.

Job requirements:
• Native or very fluent Italian
• A good professional telephone manner and the ability to speak to people of a high level within business.
• To keep good records and be able to organise your time to achieve the objectives of the project.
• Experience in customer service or telephone based work is essential
• Reliable and friendly
