Inbound Telesales Representative

Overview :
Our firm, a leading provider of 'must have' funding information for British small businesses continues to grow and we are actively looking to hire Inbound Telesales Representatives. Reporting directly to the Country Manager UK, this is a unique opportunity to earn £40K+ with a guaranteed wage and flexible hours.

In this highly critical role, you are a skilled and self motivated sales professional with 3-5 years hands on experience in both an inbound and outbound call centre environment. You live and breathe sales and look at it as a 'calling' not just a job.

Responsibilities:
Receive inbound warm calls to generate new business.
Processing orders using a PC.
Responding to customer queries.
Make outbound calls to those who leave messages requesting more information.
Respond to inbound emails from those who request more information.

Skills Required:
PC experience essential. Knowledge of CRM software an asset.
3-5 years experience in a call centre environment.
A willingness and enthusiasm for telemarketing.
Available full-time (40 hour week)
No criminal record, bondable and able to provide verifiable references.

Compensation:
£7.00 guaranteed hourly salary with realistic opportunity to earn additional £500 + OTE
