I need to compile a list of websites for private sellers & renters in UK

I need a list of UK websites that advertise 1) private sellers of Property & 2) private renters of UK property. Not Rightmove, or Estate Agents or letting Agents.

Then I would like to compile a list of all properties advertised on these websites for postcodes beginning SM5 and SM4 noting the following information:
Website , Name , Address , contact number, email address, property details eg 3BS , price, date marketed, any other details.

Ideally this would be based in Excel .
