I need someone to run the marketing for my web design business.

Hello i own https://www.onstarwebservices.com/ and am looking to outsource my marketing to someone who thinks they can handle this job. You can check out what services i provide on the website. Why im looking to outsource this is because i do all the work that comes in and it is getting to much to handle and i would rather have a professional handle it. In regards to pay, you can either let me know what the price would be per week and month or receive 10% of the total cost per job . Most jobs cost between $400 to well over $1500 just depending on what work is needed as every job is different. If you prefer a flat fee, you will have to prove you can provide good leads first. This is because i have been screwed out before with online jobs where i pay first and then receive no work and have no way to track down the person.
