I need someone to makes calls and schedule appointments

We are a retailer for one of the largest TV/Internet/Phone providers in the country. We receive a list of vetted, scheduled and willing customers that were cancelled prior to or at the installation point. We are given a list of these customers in order to contact and see if we get them back with a more hands on and local approach, instead of a national call center.

I need someone to make some calls to these customer lists, see if they are still interested in the service, explain that we are going here to take a local and hands on approach to get them installed and satisfied, and then set up our sales agent to meet with them and set their account back up and get installed. There is no need to sell or discuss prices. The price will not change from what they were originally given.
