I need somebody to be our business developer and get us qualified appointments

We are a successful sales and leadership training company, based in London, but operating globally. Currently all of our business development / lead generation is carried out by the business owners (my wife and I) and we need some additional support to identify opportunities and create appointments. Initially we see this as a payment-per-appointment (£200) plus commission assignment. Once we find the right person, we could change this to a day rate plus commission.
