I need a professional copywriter for a short video

I have prepared a draft of 2 min 40 sec for a voiceover for a video. This needs to be condensed to 1.20 with the sole purpose to maximise viewers to click on a link in the video (for youtube & my website realestatefirst.com.au). So need a good marketing approach. No need for syncing text to video. Just good text (for professional voiceover, already selected)to convince viewers to click on the link. I attach copy of 2.40 text as a guide but also check web site for any new ideas.
