Holiday deals

I have a villa in portugal and a 'database' of about 90 people who have expressed and interest in holidaying at this villa over the past 12 months. the villa is vacant from the end of august onwards I would like to sell holidays in the villa to these people. If possible I would like to generate leads in the form of friends and family of these people who may also be interested in holidaying in portugal.
