Grow Franchise Sales

I am seeking a marketing consultant to help expand my pizza franchise brand Firezza. As the owner, I wish to onboard new pizza takeaway and restaurant locations under our brand to help them increase sales through our established processes and customer base.

The consultant will be responsible for developing and executing an outreach strategy to attract potential franchisees. Their marketing efforts should communicate the key benefits of partnering with Firezza such as access to our online ordering platform and delivery fleet. This will expand the brand's reach and allow existing and new customers to enjoy Firezza pizza from additional locations.

Once interested establishments are identified, the consultant must professionally represent the Firezza opportunity and terms to convince qualified operators to sign on. Franchise agreements include a 35% commission on all food sales made through third party delivery aggregators as well as an 11% royalty for online orders placed directly through our website.

The goal is to add 10 new franchisee locations within the first 6 months. The consultant should establish clear metrics and reporting to track their progress. Compensation will be negotiated based on the consultant's experience but will include a base pay as well as bonuses for each new franchisee onboarded that remains operational after 90 days. The ideal candidate will have experience in franchise sales, business development, and multi-location business growth. Creativity, determination and strong communication skills are essential to succeed in this role.
