Get me solid leads (clients) for my website offering services

Hello,

We have just launched our company's website which offers writing, translation, transcription and research services. I would like someone experienced with this kind of task to generate solid leads (real clients) for our business. I don't know if leads is a vague idea of visitors or what but I want someone to get me real clients (at least potential clients).
