German-speaking telemarketing

I run a small boutique telemarketing agency with a small team of telemarketers who work flexible hours from home. Currently we have an international project in progress contacting the existing customers of a global technical company. Calls are to inform customers of new products and services and to update the database with email addresses and any other new data. The project is ready to go live now, in fact I have just been let down by one person so the need is quite urgent.
There is a job description below and I have a whole pack of briefing materials I can supply if required. Our client is a market leader and our calls are well received. The 'sell' is simply to get the interest of the customer in having a further conversation with a member of the sales team; we are not required to book an appointment simply generate leads.
I pay £12 per hour plus all reasonable phone charges subject to an itemised phone bill.
The initial project is probably only a few hours work but there is a larger project coming up for February and there is likely to be work ongoing through the year.
