Generate Leads and Sales for website design company

I'm looking for an experienced telemarketer to generate leads and sales for a new website design business. We would be targeting any company that needs web design work done. The average website price initially would be in the range of £500-£1000 and I would be willing to pay up to 20% commission for each sale, with additional an additional bonus if a certain number of orders are placed within a given timeframe.

How you go about generating leads and orders will be left to your discretion.
