Generate a contact list for lead generation

We are looking for a person to generate a list of clothing / fashion designers for use in lead generation for a major fashion event. The designers will later be approached to market the event and find a limited number of designers who will be exhibiting for a fee. Therefore the designers on the list need to be capable of doing a show; they should have a number of items in their collection, rather than being 'Mandy who can make her own trousers'. The list should include; contact name, contact email, contact phone number and company name. There's no geographic restriction for the contacts.
