GDPR compliant data capture, lead generator and appointment setter

I am looking for a proactive, outbound telesales agent and appointment setter, for my Estate planning/Will writing business.
Having good communication skills, the ability to smoothly handle objections and securing that appointment is key. All the calls must comply with and be bound by the terms and conditions of GDPR. The leads I am looking for are individual consumers, within England and Wales, not company/business leads, for a few hours of cold calling, with a possibility of continuation in the future.
