French Hospital data research, consent and telemarketing

Hello freelance world!

I have a 15-day project for an experienced French-French speaking telemarketing professional. The project will be delivered over a period of 5 weeks averaging 3 days a week and I can be somewhat flexible about this. I do not have a confirmed project start date but will know by 7th November. Willing to wait for the right person!

The project has 3 stages:
1. Build contact data. 8 C-suite and Senior Clinical roles within France's leading University Hospitals
2. Call each University Hospital and gain some level of consent to send further information
3. Outbound telemarketing to the consented contacts to introduce UpToDate(TM), qualify requirements and aim to close the call with a lead or an appointment. Gathering intelligence along the way is also super helpful.

Our organisation, Elemental is a sales acceleration agency, working in the IT and healthcare sectors. We can provide product training, a written brief, soft-phone access and you will be well supported by our Account Director and her team. We have a lot of experience in delivering these projects, but for this one, we specifically need a native-French speaking professional. I don't mind where you live, or what currency you prefer to invoice in. As long as you can work to CET, that's good with me.
