Responsibilities:

Keep short reports on recurring problems.

Workload:
Remote, ongoing support
Flexible hours, or fixed shifts (to be agreed)
Requirements:
Experience in customer support, e-commerce, or online shops
German language skills are a priority
English is a plus
Reliable, responsive, and customer-oriented
Payment:

Test Task (optional):
Respond to a sample customer inquiry in a professional and helpful manner.
