Project Description
We are a clinical-led Pilates education company delivering professional Pilates teacher training programmes. We generate enquiries via Facebook ads and are looking for a UK-based freelancer to support us with first-contact conversations for new leads.
Our Facebook lead forms collect very limited information, so this role is focused on speaking with people directly to understand their motivation, expectations and suitability before they progress further.
This is not a hard sales role.
It is a conversation-led, qualification-focused project.
What the Project Involves
You will be responsible for:
Contacting new enquiries by phone
Clearly and honestly explaining the nature of our teacher training
Asking a short set of guided qualification questions (provided)
Categorising each lead as:
Ready to progress
Interested but needs nurturing
Not suitable at this stage
Keeping clear notes on outcomes
Current Workload
Initial list of approximately 70 existing leads to qualify
Ongoing volume of 20–30 new leads per week from ads
Flexible scheduling – calls can be made during agreed UK-friendly hours
What We’re Looking For
UK-based freelancer
Confident, warm and professional phone manner
Strong listening and questioning skills
Comfortable discussing education and training pathways
Organised and reliable with follow-up
Full guidance, scripts and qualification criteria will be provided.
Deliverables
All assigned leads contacted
Each lead clearly categorised with notes
Suitable candidates flagged for progression
