Freelance Interviewer / Talent Assessor (Tech & Non-Tech Roles)

We are looking for an experienced Freelance Interviewer / Talent Assessor to support our recruitment process by conducting interviews for candidates across multiple roles.

This is an ongoing opportunity for someone who has strong communication skills and experience evaluating candidates professionally.
Conduct video/phone interviews with candidates (UK & international)
Assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit
Ask structured and role-specific interview questions
Provide detailed feedback and scoring after each interview
Represent our company professionally during candidate interactions
Coordinate with our internal team on hiring requirements
