Job Title: Real Estate Acquisitions Manager (FUS)
Essential Skills and Experience
Lead Management: Minimum 1 year of experience with lead nurturing, prioritization, and inbound call management in Salesforce or similar CRM.
Deal Analysis: Strong analytical skills and experience in real estate property valuation, including ARV, comps, and MAO analysis.
Sales Training: Experience delivering training sessions or workshops, preferably in a sales environment. Proven ability to effectively communicate and coach others.
Appointment Setting: Proficient in scheduling tools and techniques with a proven track record of securing appointments with potential clients.
Negotiation: Strong communication and negotiation skills to effectively conduct offer calls and negotiate deals in a professional and respectful manner.
Project Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously, prioritizing effectively and ensuring timely completion.
Technology: Proficient in CRM software (Salesforce preferred) and other relevant tools like call dialer platforms and communication apps.
Responsibilities:
Act as the face of NACOF, engaging directly and building rapport to potential sellers by answering, returning, or doing follow up phone calls and respond to all leads generated in our system.
Take ownership of the impact you have on sellers, aiming to create positive outcomes and meaningful improvements in their lives through each interaction.
Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective sellers, ensuring consistent follow-up and effective management of potential deals.
Establish trust and build strong relationships with potential sellers, leveraging your negotiation skills to schedule and conduct appointments and negotiate a win/win solution for both parties.
Manage opportunities by conducting diagnosis calls, negotiating deals, and maintaining priority lists.
Diligently use our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to document all interactions, ensuring that every detail of contact and negotiation is tracked and accessible.
Master our proven sales process through dedication to continuous learning and adherence to best practices in sales strategies.
Participate actively in daily training sessions and commit to ongoing personal and professional development to enhance your sales proficiency and contribute to our culture of excellence.
Perform other administrative tasks and special projects as assigned
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Sales, Business or a related field of study preferred
High School diploma and/or Associate's degree is accepted
Selling is your passion, and you are extremely driven to succeed
+1 years of experience as a real estate specialist in real estate acquisitions, land acquisition, real estate sales, or call center experience in a sales environment is highly desired
Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with extremely strong phone skills; ability to qualify leads and set appointments over the phone
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Time management and organizational skills.
Ability to maintain composure and professionalism under pressure.
Strong working knowledge of Google Docs and MS Office including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
2+ years of B2C selling minimum (if no real estate experience)
