Find learners for free courses

I work for a further education college in the South of England. We are offering free Level 2 courses (fully funded) courses in a variety of subjects.

I am looking for a sales expert who can target organisations such as charities and small businesses who have employees/volunteers who may be interested in taking the courses.

Learners should ideally be based in the Essex or South East England area.
