As a busy managing director of a Facilities Maintenance company, I'm looking at options for assistance with quoting, proposals & tenders, and maybe something more proactive telephone-based moving forward.

Ideally, you'll have experience with FM (cleaning, maintenance, etc etc) and be professional, with flexibility around working patterns.

You'll have your own email address and access to sharepoint, we'll need to confirm how we implement this process but very much a long term outlook.

Price indicative but a monthly retainer be prudent.
