Expedia Travel Consultant

We require an experienced travel consultant to help book and manage vacation reservations for our clients through our Expedia business account. The consultant will utilize our credentials to navigate the Expedia travel agency portal, research potential destinations that meet our clients' preferences, curate customized itinerary and lodging options, then securely complete the bookings.

Duties will include exploring airline, hotel and rental car availability for various dates across both domestic and international locations. Candidate must have sophisticated knowledge of the Expedia platform's booking tools, reporting features, and loyalty programs. Consultant is expected to deftly compare rates and inclusions across travel suppliers to assemble the most favorable packages for clients.

Once the ideal arrangements are configured, consultant will securely finalize all reservations using our account login and ensure bookings are promptly confirmed with issuance of documentation. Post-booking, consultant may be tasked with handling any modification or cancellation requests from clients professionally and courteously.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of proven success using the Expedia travel agency portal to reliably book complex itineraries. Advanced computer skills and stringent attention to detail are imperative when handling confidential client information and financial transactions within the platform. Fluency in English is required along with a commitment to providing friendly, responsive service at all points of interaction. Candidates must be legally authorized to work for U.S.-based clients without sponsorship.
