Executive Recruitment Consultant

We are a new resource solutions specialist working with organisations in the education and training sectors looking for permanent and interim appointments to meet their growth objectives. These could be to support new contract or business wins or as part of an organisational review. We are looking for a Consultant to work on a freelance basis to develop new client relationships and develop new Business.

We will pay you a large percentage of all commission generated from placements. This could lead to a long term business relationship and possible equity.

The successful person will need to have:
Previous recruitment sales and or education/training sector experience.
Ability to source and search for suitable candidates.

We will provide:

Job board advertising.
Website advertising and presence.
Email address.
All relevant documentation - Templates, legal documentation etc.
PA support

We will pay an initial fee of £500 for each job placed with us on a retained basis and then further fees to a total maximum of 50% of the commission paid in line with the clients terms i.e at times during the recruitment, on appointment of candidate etc.
