Excellent marketer to market development agency

I need a skilled marketer to bring in development work for me.

I am an experienced software developer and am working on turning my freelance work into an agency. At first the budget will be quite small. £100 for the first month, but depending on performance I will increase it as time goes on. Increases will be agreed upon in discussion with shortlisted candidates.

Our main areas of expertise are:
1. Games
2. B2C applications
3. Business development tools
