European Knowledge required to identify main online retailers for hand warmers

I need some help to identify the main european on line retailers who already sell hand warmers in their own country and as such may well be interested in marketing our HotRox Electronic hand warmers.

This person would be physically located within these target countries, such as (France / Netherlands / Denmark / Austria / Germany / Switzerland / Sweden / Finland etc) and have local access to Google and local knowledge to be able to identify the main 20 players in their country.

These markets will include the Health Markets , Sports Markets , Outdoors markets and will be easily identified on the first 3 pages of Google and the associated google adverts . I require Business name, address, email and telephone numbers. I am willing to pay £20 per country, this should only be an hours work per country. There is potentially further telesales work to help open up these contacts.
