European/American Outreach Worker for Cadmium

Hi, I'm Hasy, hiring manager for Cadmium. Our team is currently looking for some outreach workers. Who exactly?
- First of all, we need a patient and hard working outreach workers. Everybody can sign up, be great but not many are willing to stay long enough to get paid. Can you do it?

- Secondly, I would like a person who has excellent in communication & cold calling/emailing. If you have any additional skills you would like to share with us, then that's a bonus point. How many do you have?

- Finally, I need somebody who is from Europe & they can do commission based (commission based only). Here is our payment plan:
+ 30% for the first 5 clients
+ 15% afterwards + $700/month
