English speaking telemarketer - Foundry sale

I am looking for an English speaking telemarketer to call 100 foundries across Germany, Turkey, France, Italy, Spain and Poland to introduce this sale:

It will require finding the telephone number and getting to the right person within the company, the person who deals with purchasing or selling machinery and equipment.
Will require a spreadsheet to be sent back with feedback, email addresses and contacts etc.
