Email / social media for lead generation

The 1st requirement is to generate property investment leads. I am looking for around 100 good leads. I have a creative created and landing page that can be used.

The 2nd requirement is to build a new campaign to will include email marketing and social media lead ten ads on Twitter, Facebook and Instagram.
