Email circa 200 clients and follow up telephone call.

we are a nominated exhibition stand producer for a show at the end of November in London. We have a list of circa 200 companies and want to contact them and see if we can provide our services. We have an email price list and would want them to call/email us for further information. These are small shell scheme stands, simple yet bespoke. Clients buying from us would look to spend circa £500 - £2000 plus vat. We need to make an impact and add the price list!
