Data mining for new contacts - Real Estate Agents

I need someone who can source 50 new contacts of Real Estate Agents within Edinburgh and Midlothian or within 30 mile radius from Edinburgh, Scotland.
I will need these added to an existing Google spreadsheet of Real Estate Agents contacts.

The spreadsheet includes business name, website, address, name of the owner and email address of the owner. The email address needs to be valid and verified. No "info@ or contact@" will be accepted as email address.

I need 50 contacts and will pay £10 for the job.
