Data Cleansing/Telesales/Lead Generation

Experienced cold caller required to book appointments for me. We supply security guarding contracts to medium and large businesses in London, M25 & M4 corridor.
I need 5 appointments per week with the decision makers. Either facilities managers, operations managers or property managers. List supplied but it needs cleaning up. This will take 20 hours at £10/hour.
4 hours per day, 5 days per week. Trial for first week and then if targets are hit on-going for a minimum of 3 months.
I would like to meet with the prospective freelancer in person before they start the telesales work.
