Experience Level: Intermediate
I'm looking for someone to make courtesy calls. The leads have been generated online and the purpose of the courtesy calls is to identify the users who are at the stage to book a hearing assessment appointment.

Must be able to use Aircall and google sheets. Need windows 10 or above for Aircall to work.

Looking at 2hrs work per day with the potential to grow

    I would be happy to place a bid but I am not familiar with Aircall, would you be able to explain how to use this? You didn't state how many hours a week or calls you may need doing in your brief.

    Hi Vicky

    Thanks for responding to the project, Aircall is an easy downloadable calling system which is user-friendly. You need to have Windows 10 or later to be able to download the app - Would this be a problem for you?

    Regarding hours I would be looking for 2hrs of calling per day Mon - Fri. It does have the potential to grow as we develop.

    I am on Windows 7, sadly. I can use Google speadsheets. I have tried to download the app but I am not very techie and it doesn't seem to be working when I tried it. I would love to assist you if I can.
