Contacting people in niche animal-related market, to ascertain interest in equipment

We sell a product (with training) to assist animal lovers and small farm owners. We have had great success in one particular niche community within the USA. We would like to expand our reach into this area, and of course find new ones.

We need someone to use the internet to catalogue all of this particular customer type, state by state, organizing them onto a spreadsheet (Google Docs) with the contact person's name and email address. You will then need to email the business and find out if they are using this technology, or have a need for it. Those who have no interest, you can make note of on the spreadsheet. Anybody who expresses an interest to learn more, you can forward to me. At the end of the peopleperhour contract, we will review the profitability of this exercise, and if it's making financial sense to continue, we can look at rewarding you per converted lead if you work better with this type of structure.
