Contact List of UK HR Contacts

I need someone to compile a contact list of 1000 or more contacts for London based companies and public sector organisations.

The organisations I am looking to target are:

* Law firms
* Financial Services
* Local authorities
* IT Companies
* Universities and colleges

Only seeking contacts at large organisations (1000+ employees).

I require the direct email address and phone number for the following job roles:

* Equality and Diversity Manager/Director
* Learning and Development/Training Manager/Director
* Head of HR/Director

The information needs to be current and up to date.

I need completion within 7 days of starting the project.

The contact list needs to be provided as an Excel spreadsheet.
