Cold calling to generate leads for a creative communications company

Hello,

I am just starting up a company offering creative communications & design services.

I would like to work with a specific telesales person over the medium term, to support me as the company grows. Ideally that person would have some understanding/experience of working with comms/marketing companies so can talk authoritatively to the customer and offer insight back to me about positioning.

For the moment I am looking for an initial test on about 50 companies. I have a named individual in some cases, and in others not.
