Cold Calling/Lead Generation

I have recently started a business directory and have a large list with businesses /possible leads. I need someone who can call these businesses and get them to list their business in the directory.

Because these are mainly female business I would like to have a female for this job. The perfect candidate will have a proven track record and will provide me with progress reports. Have to be UK based. Will be 2 hours a week to start with.
