Cold Calling for IT Consultancy to Book Meetings - UK/US BASED

I am looking to outsource cold calling. The service is an IT consultancy that provides a variety of services such as custom software, cloud consulting, and Professional Services (Resourcing). I would need to discuss this in further detail and make it very clear on the offering.

I can provide a list of contacts and services such as Lusha to find the phone numbers of the target contacts. The aim of the calls will be to book a meeting with me. You must be based in the UK/US.
