Cold calling 10 leads needed

my name is terry i run a marketing company, i am looking for more agents to make cold calls.
i do not pay per hour please don't ask

You will supply your own dialler and recording app i can advise what to use will cost you $20 dollars a month (unlimited). this is for you to pay your expense

you will be given cold data to call, and make around 150 - 300 calls a day

and read a script word to word with around 5 question if they agree to get a call back then you will be paid £5 per lead.

i listen to the voice clip to make sure it qualifies for a £5 lead

i have a budget off around 1K to 5K a month, depending on what figures you can hit.

i pay £50 for 10, if you get 10 a day you will get a payment everyday,

big money can be made, and i already have people doing it for myself for past two years, constant work

so no monthly fee, i will only pay £50 at a time and want 10 leads for that
