I have several lists of 100 US-based businesses (one list at a time) that I need to call to get appointments. It will eventually lead to a sale which I will handle, so mostly, I need someone to help me with the "cold" calling to try to get to the decision-maker (usually a plant manager, operations manager, or whomever is in charge of managing electric and utility usage) and book an appointment for me to call them back. I will need their email address to confirm the appointment.
I am horrible at cold-calling, but if I can get an appointment, I can take it from there.
I am an independent consultant for an energy broker, so we help clients find energy savings, and all of our analyses are free. We also help with savings in waste (solid and liquid), lighting (physical lighting), water usage, and natural gas (great for plants with boilers).
So... if you are in GB and this is something you wouldn't mind helping with, then you can basically make calls in your late afternoon/evening as long as the appointment is booked during regular working hours in the US.
If you are interested, please check out phoneburner.com to see how that works. I have the whole contact list there, which should make it easier. When you get to a decision-maker, you can add/update their name, email address, and then there is a calendar for appointments, then just message me to let me know that you made an appointment. If they are very interested, please let them know that when I speak to them that they should think about gathering their last 12 months of utility bills so we can analyze the savings. As long as you can make 1 free call to a US-based phone number, phoneburner will be free for you to use.
Check out the phoneburner tutorial videos if you have free time.
And, once again, if this sounds like something you would be interested in, I think peopleperhour asks you to send me a proposal... perhaps we can start with one week for 4 hours to start, and then go from there?
Thank you.

Hello John,
I had worked on energy saving and switching retailers earlier.
Is this only for US based individuals or can be remote and also which time zone?
Thanks,
P
