Cleaning contracts

we are looking to gain new cleaning contracts, we currently deal mostly with new builds cleaning but also have an average number of office cleaning contracts. and this is the area we want to expand in. we are looking for a highly motivated person to work from home who is willing to work for a commission basis rather than hourly rate. we have had various telesales people paid by the hour with little response. we are therefore extremely disappointed that we have paid good money with very little return.
