Calling Warm Leads

I need someone with a fantastic telephone manner.

I generate leads via Facebook for my regulated wealth management and estate planning business.

I would like you to contact those leads and put them either in my diary, or my colleague's diary.
We use Calendly.

I tend to generate around 50 leads per week, but there's also a backlog. One of my callers tends to convert 5-6 into appointments per week.

If so, how many hours per week do you think you need to call 100 leads per week.
